I remember reading something similar to this, but I thought the ballpark was 5-10%, in best case scenarios.

But wow, 3.5%??? I believe we are already close, if not already there. All it takes is for the collective sane voice to tip over 3.5%, heck, make it 10, 20, or even 51% of us organizing a protest so large that it eclipse anything we have been.

(I know I'm in wishful thinking here, but nonetheless)
